For Arabic language courses designed for non-native speakers, payment is required to access course materials, classes, or learning tools. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will only be issued if no significant portion of the course (e.g. more than 25%) has been accessed or completed.
No refunds will be granted after live classes have started, unless there is a verified technical or service issue from our side.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
If your course includes downloadable materials, refunds are not available once the content has been downloaded or accessed.
