  34. Musawwamatin ‘inda rabbika lil-musrifeen

  36. Fama wajadna feeha ghayra baytin mina al-muslimeen
  37. Wa tarakna feeha ayatan lillatheena yakhafuna al-‘athaba al-aleem
  38. Wa fee Moosa ith arsalnahu ila Fir’awna bi-sultanin mubeen
  39. Fatawalla bi-ruknihi wa qala sahirun aw majnoon
  40. Fa-akhaznahu wa junoodahu fanabadnahum fee al-yammi wa huwa muleem
  41. Wa fee ‘Adin ith arsalna ‘alayhimu ar-reeha al-‘aqeem
  42. Ma tatharu min shay’in atat ‘alayhi illa ja’alat-hu ka ar-raheem
  43. Wa fee Thamooda ith qeela lahum tamatta’oo hatta heen
  44. Fa-‘ataw ‘an amri rabbihim fa-akhathathumu as-sa’iqatu wa hum yanzuroon
  45. Fama istata’oo min qiyamin wa ma kanoo muntaqimeen
  46. Wa qawma Noohin min qablu innahum kanoo qawman fasiqeen
  47. Was-sama’a banaynaha bi-aydin wa inna la-mosi’oon
  48. Wa al-arda farashnaha fa-ni’ma al-mahidoon
  49. Wa min kulli shay’in khalaqna zawjayni la’allakum tathakkaroon
  50. Fa-firroo ila Allahi inni lakum minhu natheerun mubeen
  51. Wa la taj’aloo ma’a Allahi ilahan akhar inni lakum minhu natheerun mubeen
  52. Kathalika ma ata allatheena min qablihim min rasoolin illa qaloo sahirun aw majnoon

  3. And those [ships] sailing with ease,
  4. And those [angels] apportioning [each] matter,
  5. Indeed, what you are promised is true.
  6. And indeed, the recompense is to occur.
  7. By the heaven containing pathways,
  8. Indeed, you are in differing speech.
  9. Deluded away from it is he who is deluded.
  10. Destroyed are the falsifiers,
  11. Who are within a flood [of confusion] and heedless.
  12. They ask, “When is the Day of Recompense?”
  13. [It is] the Day they will be tormented over the Fire.
  14. [And will be told], “Taste your torment. This is that for which you were impatient.”
